  I used to come to this branch quite often as I lived on this road. There is this employee that always seems to be grumpy and definitely not in a mood to serve customers. After leaving the store consecutive times thinking I should have gone somewhere else (I hate bad attitude from people who are supposed to provide customers a service), not even a good morning, thank you or goodbye I have decided to take my custom to other place. Boots should invest in training for people or just hire people who care.
