  What a change it was to go into the Lexus Show Room and meet Liana Ranson. She took me through the whole process of buying a new car with absolute patience and understanding with so one ignorant about the modern mechanism of new cars today I felt immediately at ease. When I returned to complete the negotiation I was taken through the paperwork in a professional manner and everything was handed over to me at a pace where I felt I comfortable and not rushed. Furthermore we spent at least two hours talking through the bottoms and knobs etc. inside the car Liana was patient and was keen that I understood all that she showed me. When I left Lexus she assured me that she would always available either by phone or email or indeed I could pop in and see her at anytime. I do hope Lexus appreciate the time and care she gives to their customers. Maria Gardener
